Do I need to be a PressCare client to use Live Care?

No. Live Care Now and Live Care Scheduled are open to any WordPress site owner, wherever the site is hosted. Complete Care clients get the $49 hourly rate and one complimentary hour each month.

A computer with a current web browser and your WordPress admin login. The call runs in Google Meet in your browser, so there is nothing to install.

The engineer tells you before the 30 minutes run out, explains what is left to do, and you decide whether to continue.

You can keep control of your own screen for the whole session. If it is faster for the engineer to work directly, you can create a temporary admin account and delete it after the call.

Yes. You start and stop the share yourself, and the engineer sees only what you share.

No. Live Care Now is for problems that need fixing immediately. Live Care Scheduled is for any WordPress work you want to plan, from updates and page builds to training your staff.
